Johnny Costa's Ristorante

Best restaurant in Palm Springs, hands down. Not only was their food outstanding but their service was wonderful too. We were in Palm Springs for a week and ate out for almost every meal so I can confidently say Johnny Costa’s was the best by far. I’m craving their pastas right now! Everything we had was incredibly delicious and fresh, especially the pastas. Everything had an equal balance, not too saucy or dry. If you can get a reservation, make it ASAP!

Coleyworld approved! 💜 Grazie to the Johnny Costa crew for an unforgettable dining experience! Everything was to perfection! Food was amazing! Staff were funny, friendly and very attentive! Starts off with a marinara bread basket and sourdough basket with butterrrr! Entrees come with soup of the day or salad! Menu was vast and we all got something a little different! I got the spaghetti 🍝. We were sooo full, no room for dessert. Fun tip: they have a back door!

Nice red sauce Italian if you are in the mood for such stuff. I had a craving for spaghetti and meatballs. And that's what I got. The pasta wasn't fresh or anything, it was fine. Really enjoyed the tasty tomato sauce, and the two meatballs were also good. REALLY enjoyed the fried mozzarella appetizer. Do yourself a favor with that one and some extra bread for the table, which I gotta call out. The focaccia was delicious.

An authentic, family style Italian restaurant with fresh ingredients! Mickey was a fantastic server and our food came out more quickly than expected. The atmosphere is “upscale casual” and felt comfortable and welcoming. Having spent a significant amount of time in Italy recently, we found the food definitely reminded us of our time there!

This was one of the worst restaurant experiences that I have ever had. first off they. We're not very accommodating to our request. And when it came time to pay my bill. I gave them cash and my card when I got the receipt back. They charged the whole amount to my card and the waitress took my cash. As a tip, I went to complain to the waitress and she said. Well, you didn't specify what the cash was for so let me get my manager. the manager was very rude from the gecko and then yelled at me and kept talking Uber me. I tried to explain to him the situation and at the end of the conversation. He told me well. Just don't come back to my restaurant. One of the guests that was eating dinner with me had to end up returning her meal because it upset her stomach and the manager was very rude about it. And just kept asking what was wrong with it. We told him it was too greasy. when she received her bill. They did remove the entree from her total but charged her $12 for a salad. And when I asked him about that he said. Well, we tried to accommodate her if she's not happy with it. I said no. He said well too bad. I will never ever go back to this establishment again. Nor will any of the people in my party. plus 3295 for chicken Alfredo is outrageous.

This restaurant is awesome!! Excellent foods and service. I highly recommend! We ordered gluten free pasta and was great. If you are not told that gluten free you wouldn’t notice. Desert was delicious too. Everything we ordered was wonderful. Thank you John for taking care of our table. You made us happy and great night. We definitely come back!

Walked in on Christmas Eve without a reservation on an off chance we might get a table. They went out of their way to get us seated. Just amazing. This was seriously some of the best Italian food that we have had this side Italy. Our server Ferial was outstanding and accommodated our every request with a pleasant smile. Well done JC’s. Bravo!!
